Each pair of our handwoven Nisolo Huarache sandals is proudly made in an ethical factory we own and operate in Peru. Crafting a single pair can take up to an entire day, as it involves 250 individual steps and 22 people across various specialties, from leather cutting to packaging. Though the production process is intensive, it is one of our producers' favorite shoes to work on.

Our huaraches are constructed using soft, hand-cut leather that will mold to the unique shape of your foot over time, creating a comfortable, personalized fit. The durable rubber sole provides advanced traction, ensuring all-day comfort and wearability. Importantly, our manufacturing process utilizes up to 95% of raw materials, significantly reducing waste compared to industry standards.

When it comes to sizing, we recommend ordering a half size down, as the handwoven leather may feel slightly snug at first. However, it will perfectly conform to your feet as you break them in.
